Children - Looking for a Forever Family

 Humberto

This 12-year-old Humberto has a flattering look and a pleasant personality. He responds to the endearing name “Bert”. He is a musically inclined kind of guy and really enjoys instruments and their joyful sounds. He has some special toys that he holds dear and does not mind maneuvering himself on the floor to get to them. Bert attends special educational school and is in 6th grade.

Bert is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Profound Mental Retardation, Seizure disorder, Microcephaly w/vp shunt, G-tube dependent, Neurogenic Bladder, and lung disease of prematurity. He is developmentally delayed and receives occupational and physical therapy from Regional Center. Are you ready to provide the nurture and love for Bert to grow to his full potential?

If you are interested in adopting Humberto, please contact the Department of Children and Family services at (626) 229-3790.
