Heriberto
Heriberto is in need of a family who will commit to him permanently, and provide life long support throughtout adulthood. He needs a family to make sure his birthday is celebrated, as well as making sure his medical and physical needs are met. Born in 1994, Heriberto is of Hipanic descent with warm brown eyes and a claming disposition.
Heriberto has many medical needs due to his diagnosis of respiratory failure and anoxic encephalophathy. He is mentally retarded, non-ambulatory and non-verbal. Heriberto is a Regional Center client. He responds to audio or tactile stimuli and is able to follow sounds by moving his head. Heriberto expresses his need through facial expressions and slight movement of his arms.
Heriberto needs a family that will treasure his small steppingstones as if they were diamonds.
If you are interested in adopting Heriberto, please contact the Department of Children and Family services at (626) 229-3790.
