Renato

Meet Renato a dynamic kid with a heart of gold.  Renato was born in June of 1995 and is of Latino descent.  Renato loves video games, swimming, drawing and saving money.  This kid is musically inclined with a great love of rap, pop, and jazz.  Unlike most kids, Renato enjoys school and does fairly well in the school setting.  He is a wonderful child with great charisma.  Renato is playful, active, responsive and fun loving.  His favorite foods include carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, chicken and beef. But he dislikes salad dressing and peas.  Renato is benefitting from counseling services to help address interpersonal issues. Renato is diagnosed with Type I Diabetes, which is controlled by medication.  He continues to need supervision in helping him administer the medication.  However, Renato understands the importance of being consistent with treatment.  

Renato want to be adopted and is open to meeting new people.

Your Partner

DCFS partners with you by providing adoption preparation, training and home studies for residents of Los Angeles County. Home studies completed by other licensed adoption agencies are also accepted for possible placement of children.

The Adoption Assistance Program, which provides financial aid to parents for adopted children is available, as well as the State's medical insurance, Medi-Cal.
