Cali

Cali is still waiting for her forever family. Will you step up for her and help her grow? Cali is growing up and is becoming more and more lovely, she still enjoys giving affection through the magical kisses that she blows to those she cares for.  Cali is of Chinese decent and was born 07/94.  Cali is a content child and seems to be comfortable in her surroundings most of the time.  She loves musical instruments and melodious tunes.  She can respond to caregivers through gestures like crying or babbling sounds and will definitely be at peace with people that she knows. She goes to school and making some progress.  She is receiving Occupational and Physical therapy.  She is able to sit up with support.  Cali absolutely loves to takes strolls to the park and shopping centers.

Cali is currently diagnosed with profound mental retardation, sinusitis, marked spasticity, cortical blindness, microcephaly, cerebral palsy, spastic quadriparesis, and is G-tube dependent.  She ambulates in a wheelchair.

Contact us by phone at 888-811-1121 or e-mail to reserve your space at an adoption information meeting. At the meeting you will receive an adoption application and the essential information you need about the process.

Your Partner

DCFS partners with you by providing adoption preparation, training and home studies for residents of Los Angeles County. Home studies completed by other licensed adoption agencies are also accepted for possible placement of children.

The Adoption Assistance Program, which provides financial aid to parents for adopted children is available, as well as the State's medical insurance, Medi-Cal.
